I’m Jessica Dugas — and if you’ve found your way here, welcome to my corner of the internet. This is where meaningful conversation, deep connection, and personal breakthroughs are always on the menu (bonus points if we’re sharing a vegan meal while we chat!).
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: homeschooling mom of six incredible humans, holistic wellness practitioner, talk show host, creative director, speaker, producer, and community builder. At the heart of it all is one simple truth:

The Journey So Far
My path has been anything but straight — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’ve navigated chronic illness, burnout, grief, and seasons where I questioned everything. Yet I’ve always found a way to rise again, guided by intuition, faith, and a fierce commitment to serve.
Along the way, I built The Breakthrough Show Network — a virtual home for powerful conversations and soul-led storytelling. What started as one live show has grown into a full network with global reach, multiple hosts, and meaningful programming that lights people up. From signature shows like Project Joy LIVE to the deeply personal documentary The Friendship Paradox, everything I create invites people to show up fully, feel deeply, and choose joy — even when it’s hard.

Behind the Scenes
I’m a singer, spoken word poet in the making, lover of all things purple, and a sucker for handwritten notes and long porch conversations. My daughter Lia reminds me daily that magic exists, and my grandmother’s love still echoes in the owls I see and the wisdom I try to live.
