Judith Finneren, married at 18 to the love of her life Ralph, has 2 beautiful adult children ages 33 and 38. The oldest, a son, just recently moved to Shanghai China with his love. The youngest, a daughter, just moved to Lakeland, Florida from Oahu Hawaii with her love. They experienced tragedy in 2011, when Judith’s love was killed while riding his bicycle. Since that expansive sacred moment, she birthed a film, a short documentary titled “GHOSTBIKE” that has played at numerous film festivals, and a book titled, “Remember His Name”. Both of which have helped her tremendously in the grieving/healing process.
Judith Finneren grew up in Royal Oak, MI, a suburb of Detroit, raised her 2 children in and currently lives in Lake Orion, MI. She has a B.S. degree in elementary education and an M.A. in Counseling from Oakland University in Rochester, MI. She taught school for a few years and then began counseling others. She enjoys helping others explore their personal and spiritual growth journeys. Trained in Bioenergetic therapy and Imago Relationship therapy she also loves working with energy and identifying blocks to help others get “unstuck” and move forward, as well as helping people in relationships develop healthy ways of communicating.
She enjoys nature, hiking, bicycling, downhill skiing and just about anything outdoors and near water. Life is a precious gift and beauty is all around us is her mission statement.
